Completed in 2021, this project was a complete transformation of a 1947 Ranch House. Inspiration was taken from the many1920’s & 30’s one and a half story tudor cottages that line the streets of downtown San Carlos. The result is a house that feels at home the neighborhood and feels like it was always there.

The existing floor plan was expanded to the rear and the use of vaulted ceilings in the majority of the house helps to add height without increasing the height of the existing walls.
